Returns & Exchanges

Glitch Tech Specialists would like you to be happy with the purchases that you make. As a consumer, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.  You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not a major failure.

  • All online returns must be received within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Open, used earphones or audio accessories cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
  • Gift cards can not be returned and are not redeemable for cash.
  • Please ensure all items are packaged securely and arrive back to us in their original, unworn condition. Including tags, boxes, casing, etc. We reserve the right to deny any item that does not meet these requirements.
  • Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from our team.
  • Sale items can not be returned for a refund unless deemed faulty.
  • If you claim a free gift/s with your order and return your items for a refund, the free gift/s must also be returned.
  • IN-STORE / CLICK & COLLECT

    All items purchased in store or via Click and Collect will need to be returned to our store only and within 7 days. Please read through our warranty policy or reach out to info@glitchtechs.com.au

  • ONLINE ORDERS

    All items purchased via online and delivered that are eligible for return must be within 30 days from date of purchase.

    Items can be returned directly to us via post; prior to returning items, our team will need to approve the returned order to avoid any confusion or misplacing of orders. Please note, items cannot be returned for change of mind or incorrect choice.

    For any defective products we will offer an exchange, replacement or credit. Please read through our warranty policy for more information, alternatively, feel free to reach out to us!

    All items being returned must be approved by our team prior to being returned to us. Please email info@glitchtechs.com.au with your full name, contact number, order number and details of the return.

    Shipping costs of the return will be covered by the customer unless an item has been deemed faulty.

I changed my mind, can I get a refund?

Glitch Techs does not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect choice so we encourage all our customers to reach out to us directly for any questions or assistance with selecting their products if unsure. 

Do you offer warranty on your products?

Yes, our Charging and Accessories range carry a 3 month warranty. This does not include Cases, Screen Protectors and Collectibles.

We love our products and stand by them, but we understand that we don’t live in a perfect world; and although all our products are of surpassing quality, they aren’t perfect! For any issues or concerns contact us directly via info@glitchtechs.com.au

Our wide range of products has been curated and tested by our quality assurance team to ensure customer satisfaction and are intended to be used as a preventative to damage only.

Please bear in mind, as part of our warranty policy where the warranty claim is accepted then Glitch Techs will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace any defective products or part thereof with a new or remanufactured equivalent during the warranty period at no charge to you for parts or labour.

My product is faulty, how do I claim warranty?

All warranties must be physically assessed by a team member and will only be deemed to be covered by our warranty policy after assessment. For any information relating to a warranty claim, please email info@glitchtechs.com.au with your full name, contact number, receipt and any photos or videos to support your claim.

Glitch Techs will repair, replace or credit a faulty item at its sole discretion on a case by case basis. 

Faulty items will only be approved upon assessment. Orders not approved by our team for returns will not be accepted.

I have manufacturer's warranty, how do I claim my warranty?

Glitch Techs is your one stop shop to all device-related cases, repairs, and customised printing, with some of the most exclusive brands on the market being sold at our stores.

All our exclusive brand products come with a warranty ranging from 6 months to 12 months. For most of our accessories, please refer to your packaging for warranty information or visit the website relevant to the brand you have purchased.

For any product purchased with no warranty information available on the packaging (excluding customised cases and Copy and Paste) please email us directly info@glitchtechs.com.au

Please note the following which applies to all brands purchased: 

· Warranty does not cover physical damage caused by negligence, misuse, abuse or natural disaster. The warranty also excludes water/liquid damage, and any modifications to the product.

· Warranty does not cover general wear and tear including but not limited to tearing, ripping, colour fades, scratches, cracks, and chips.

· Packaging must be retained to claim any warranty by any manufacturer.

· Devices damaged whilst being protected by a case or accessory purchased in our stores are not covered under any form of warranty.

My custom print is peeling, can I get a replacement?

Copy and Paste is our in-house custom print brand allowing you to get creative and design your own protective case or purchase a customised case designed by our in house design team.

Unfortunately, custom cases do not carry a warranty and cannot be exchanged or refunded. In any situation where you are not fully satisfied, please contact us directly on info@glitchtechs.com.au

Please note the following when purchasing a custom CP case:

Once an order is placed, a draft of the image will be issued for your approval. Printing will not proceed until approval is received from our client. Please bear in mind, we will only be able to revise the image twice, should you need a further revision an additional cost may incur.When selecting the model of your phone, please confirm the exact model by supplying the model number located in the settings of your device. Any incorrect choices will not be refunded. Please bear in mind, in small cases pantones and colours may sometimes differ to the real life print due to RGB on LCDs and monitors. Our team are professional digital artists who will get it as close to the image supplied as possible. Peeling, bubbling, and scratching of the custom prints are not covered by warranty.
